As a Customer Account Representative, you will be an integral part of our client services team, responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and driving business success. Customer Account Representative Duties & Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Engage with customers face-to-face to represent our clients’ brands in a professional and personable manner. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and providing strategic advice to support their growth. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that align with client objectives and enhance their brand visibility. Track and analyze client performance metrics, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for continuous improvement. Gather client feedback to inform service enhancements and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. Work closely with fellow Customer Account Representatives to identify new opportunities and support business development initiatives. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas to client engagements.

Customer Account Representative Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management is preferred.
