WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
To direct, maintain, and improve day-to-day operation of the Specialty Programs unit ensuing complete quality customer service to the clients, agents of service, providers of service and all other individual requests received through the Specialty Programs department in an efficient, prompt, equitable and fair manner.
WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TEAM
Take calls from clients & HR departments dealing with any questions and/or issues, plus find the resolution regardless of the issue and respond back to the client. Work directly with internal and external customers to assure accurate and timely responses to inquires. Perform ongoing service calls to clients. Perform presentations to employer groups and their employees. Work closely with all other departments within the company. Able to accept more responsibilities as the department and company grows. Manage new client implementations Assist with client renewals Occasional travel required.
DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
College degree and/or equivalent relevant business experience, plus technical underwriting or claims experience, Life and Accident/Health License preferred.
