We are seeking a Key Account Specialist for Customer Service who embodies professionalism, motivation, and positivity. This role is pivotal in ensuring proactive and effective management of customer needs, reinforcing our commitment to building strong, lasting relationships, and achieving unparalleled customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Fostering and strengthening relationships with customers. Maintain fluid communication with customers through different channels such as phone, email, among others. Execute our proactive customer service plan, which includes random calls, surveys, and information mailings. Provide customer support for online quoting system, product selection inquiries. Among others. Entering and processing quotations and orders in our information system

Requirements:

Proven proficiency with customer communication tools and channels, including email and phone systems. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage tasks like order entry, customer inquiries, and proactive outreach. High attention to detail and accuracy in data processing Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster and maintain relationships. Proficiency in using CRM systems or order management software. Ability to execute structured plans. Positive and proactive attitude with the capacity to handle diverse customer needs in a professional manner. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer concerns effectively.
