OVERVIEW
PURPOSE OF JOB:

This position has primary responsibility for supporting Global Key Account (GKA) and Key Account (KA) business development and account management in an effort to increase market share and obtain growth. Lead Healthcare and Pharma vertical business development to initiate new Key Accounts and Regional Accounts.

A newly hired employee who begins employment after January 1 of the calendar year is not entitled to more than ten (12) paid holidays for that calendar year. Retirement Plan 401(k) Plan (current employer match .50 cents for each employee dollar) subject to the current vesting schedule. Student Loan Assistance Eligible for student loan assistance after three (3) months of continuous employment, pending verification. Company monthly contribution of $437.50, not to exceed an annual contribution of $5,250.00. RESPONSIBILITIES

DUTIES

AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for assisting complex corporate account management of the multinational high profile customers. 2. Analyze complex and sensitive logistic issues and create innovative and profitable solutions in global transportation, 3PL, Logistics, and Project Management. 3. Ensure excellent data analyzing skills, customer service, operational efficiency, information technology implementation and strategic planning. 4. Coordination of door to door global rates and participate in Request for Quotation (RFQ) opportunities. 5. Generate monthly reports for customers and prepare monthly conference calls to report the result. 6. Identify and support the quarterly business review in performance metrics and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) according to contractual requirements. 7. Provide framework and support for completion of Standard Operating Procedures relevant to new account startup. 8. Support internal finance and operations teams to implement new or improved efficient Electronic Data Interface (EDI) billing and audit processes 9. Submit expense reimbursements at least once a month. 10. Submit Overseas business trip applications as soon as plan completed. 11. Submit business trip summary report within one week of return. 12. Travel by car may be required. 13. Travel by Air (Domestic and/or International) may be required. 14. Overnight stays (Domestic and/or International) may be required.

Basic Qualifications & Requirements List any required educational attainments (degrees, certificates, licenses, etc.): College Degree Preferred List any required skills (computer, machinery, typing, etc.): Microsoft Suite, typing. List any required special attributes (ability to move/pick-up certain weight capacity, personality traits, certain aptitudes, etc.): Excellent written and oral skills with the ability to relate to multinational strategic customers at all levels. High ability to analyze issues and attention to detail to determine problems and solutions. Ability to gain cross-functional cooperation and work in a diverse environment. Deadline driven with a sense of urgency. Ability to take initiative and be proactive. List any required experience (of what type, for what duration, in what industry, etc.): 15 years of freight forwarding experience preferred
