Senior Global Account Manager Komatsu United States, Pennsylvania, Homer City 601 Lucerne Road (Show on map) Jun 20, 2025 Overview. This is an opportunity to launch your Komatsu career on a global scale, providing you with experience and exposure across all product groups, regions and commodities, building invaluable relationships both internally and externally We’re looking for a consultative and customer-focused professional to assume the role as a Senior Global Account Manager and provide commercial and relationship leadership for our client. The successful candidate will receive a thorough handover and contribute to developing our long-term strategy About you. You’re a visionary who consistently questions the status quo; you are always on the lookout for more efficient methods and innovative solutions Your relentless pursuit of excellence and commitment to driving efficiencies ensures that every decision made is geared towards achieving win/win outcomes for all parties involved. With a keen eye on market trends and a proactive approach, you stay ahead of industry changes, positioning Komatsu and our client partnership for sustained success You’ll quickly establish credibility and trust by providing commercial and financial expertise to your customer and the GAM team, providing sound advice and influencing positive change Key responsibilities. Consult with Komatsu distributors and OEMs to create and oversee international contracts.
Engage in negotiations with global account customers to establish and sustain robust partnerships.
Share insights from regional and global engagements with distributors and OEMs to help them better understand the customers critical success factors.
Assist the Global Account Management team with financial and commercial duties, such as budgeting, forecasting, case evaluation, approvals, and preparing customer presentation materials.
Facilitate easier business interactions between our client & Komatsu to drive customer satisfaction.
Participate as a key contributor in key customer projects and initiatives.
Maintain Global Agreements for to facilitate growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Support Komatsu dealers and Original Equipment providers in comprehending financial impacts and advantages for improved resource alignment.
Leverage the existing agreements ensure that Komatsu’s offerings are aligned with customer requirements.
Encourage teamwork and maintain positive working relationships Qualifications. Proven experience in global account management or a similar role.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Demonstrated strong financial and commercial acumen.
Ability to understand and address customer needs and plans.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
