As a Commercial Lines Account Manager with ourteam, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of theagency.
You will:
Manage a select portfolio of high-end CommercialLines clients. Develop and streamline departmental workflows andprocedures to enhance efficiency. Collaborate closely with theDirector of Commercial Lines to oversee day-to-day operations.
Identify growth opportunities for the department, includingcross-selling and expanding coverage options. Drive the achievementof agency goals and performance objectives. Continuously enhancethe client service experience, ensuring outstanding customersatisfaction. Generate and analyze monthly reports to assessprogress toward departmental goals. Cultivate and maintain strongrelationships with insurance carriers. Foster a productive andpositive work environment within the department. Provide ongoingtraining to ensure optimal utilization of our agency managementsystem and carrier websites. Participate in annual staffevaluations and contribute to the hiring and training of new teammembers. Undertake additional responsibilities as required by therole.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess: Aminimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance. Anactive state P & C License. Proficiency with AMS360 preferred.
Self-motivation and a strong sense of accountability. Exceptionalleadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills. The abilityto work collaboratively in a team environment. Outstandingproblem-solving and customer service abilities. Proficiency in theMicrosoft Office Suite.
