Account Manager – Signage Sales OSS/Kroy Product Center 21 Depot Street, Bridgeport, PA 19405 Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for business development within the B2B sector. This role will focus on outside sales and account management, You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in your designated territory. Duties Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. Manage and grow existing accounts while seeking new business opportunities within the territory. Conduct outside sales activities including prospecting, networking, and client meetings. Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients showcasing our products and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Provide feedback to management on market conditions, competition, and product performance. Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in signage or design and construction fields Strong territory management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Demonstrated ability in business development and account management. Proficiency in analyzing data to inform sales strategies and decisions. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
