Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full accounts receivable cycle, including billing, collections, and cash application Supervise and develop AR staff; provide ongoing training and support Analyze and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy Generate AR reports and provide insights to management Utilize Excel for reporting and data analysis (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.) Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (experience with ERP systems, e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, ]) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment •
