About ThisOpportunity:
The Enterprise Global Account Director at Docebo is asenior-level sales role responsible for managing and growingrelationships with enterprise-level prospects. This role focuses oninspiring and educating prospects about Docebos core LMS solutionand expanding the adoption of our technology suite. The GlobalAccount Director will work closely with C-level prospectexecutives, leveraging deep industry knowledge to craft and closecomplex deals. This role involves a significant amount of strategicplanning, prospect interaction, and internal collaboration, withthe objective of driving revenue growth and enhancing customersatisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Sell and Manage Relationships:
Sellinto and manage relationships with enterprise-level prospects.
Serve as
Primary Contact:
Act as the primary point of contact forall communications with these accounts, interacting withsenior-level internal and external resources.
Strategic AccountPlanning:
Use extensive sales experience to provide territory andkey account planning, steer prospecting efforts, and work with theBusiness Development team to drive net new opportunities.
Educateand Position Solutions:
Inspire and educate accounts on the valueof our LMS solution and technology suite, positioning Docebo as aleader in the learning and development landscape.
ROI Analysis:
Leverage value engineering partners to provide excellent ROIanalysis to establish top-line value propositions.
Close ComplexDeals:
Craft and close large, complex deals with Senior BusinessLeaders and other C-level executives.
Forecasting:
Ensure accurateforecasting to aid in strategic planning and decision-making.
Collaborate Internally:
Develop strong relationships withpost-sales teams and coordinate internal resources, includingAccount Management, Marketing, Professional Services, Support,Product, and Client Success, to drive account strategy, dealclosure, and customer satisfaction. Advocate for
Innovation:
Act asan ambassador for innovation and change in the learning anddevelopment space, advocating for Docebos solution suite.
Requirements:
Experience:
6 years of Enterprise SaaS software salesor account management experience, Must have experience in and deepknowledge of the HR software space, preferrably LMS.
Sales Success:
Proven success as an experienced, quota-crushing salesprofessional.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in Salesforce(CRM), sales automation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator andGong, and web conferencing tools like Zoom.
Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain anorganized and updated pipeline.
Soft Skills:
Natural confidence,coachable, accountable, resilient, and able to problem-solve andadapt quickly.
Collaboration:
Proven ability to coordinate andcollaborate with multiple internal resources and stakeholders.
Travel:
