Position Description:
The Partner Account Manager will manage keypartner relationships to drive success for PAR POS and itspartners. This role focuses on driving revenue and growingrelationships with existing partners by leveraging PAR’s APIs toenable third-party integrations. You will collaboratecross-functionally across departments in a highly matrixedenvironment to oversee onboarding, optimize integrations, and leadgo-to-market initiatives. This is a strategic, cross-functionalrole that combines partner engagement, project management, andtechnical understanding.

Director, StrategicPartnerships What We’re Looking For:
4 years of experience inpartnerships, product management, client success, or sales roles ina technology company (preferably SaaS) Restaurant technologyexperience is highly preferred Proven track record of successfullymanaging multiple projects from start to finish Strong stakeholdermanagement and experience influencing senior-level decision-makersAbility to manage external relationships in a partner and/orclient-facing role Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce,Google Suite, and DocuSign/AdobeSign Familiarity with AWS, Postman,and
REST/SOAP
APIs is a plus Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills Highly organized with the ability to managecompeting priorities

Manage the full partner lifecycle for assigned strategic partnersLead onboarding and integration project management, collaboratingwith internal and external teams Maintain ongoing engagement toensure successful outcomes for PAR and its partners Supportgo-to-market activities including co-marketing, events, and partnerenablement Optimize the performance of third-party integrations andensure alignment across stakeholders Track and manage partnershippipeline activity and report on KPIs Advocate for partner needsinternally and provide training on PAR product capabilitiesThe basesalary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 USD per year,commensurate with work location, experience, skills,certifications, education, and prior accomplishments. The positionmay be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus,commission and/or equity, as applicable.
