The Role:
The Channel Account Manager at Ping Identityplays a vital role in supporting the growth and success of thecompanys channel and alliances programs. This role involvescollaborating with the Channel & Alliances team to develop andmanage partnerships, drive joint business development initiatives,and ensure effective communication and coordination with channelpartners. The Channel Account Manager will contribute to theexpansion of Ping Identitys market reach and the achievement ofrevenue goals.
Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying growthopportunities and target partner categories to expand PingIdentitys partner ecosystem. Support the development of joint valuepropositions and go-to-market strategies with partners. Collaboratewith partners to execute partner agreement processes in alignmentwith Ping Identitys business objectives. Assist in driving partnerenablement, including the development of sales practices andtraining programs. Contribute to tracking partner performanceagainst agreed-upon metrics, such as revenue targets and pipelinedevelopment. Foster collaborative relationships with partnersthrough ongoing engagement, communication, and business reviews.
Support the execution of marketing and demand generation activitieswith partners to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Assistin coordinating and participating in joint business planningactivities with partners. Collaborate with internal teams to ensureeffective communication and coordination with partners. Assist inensuring partner success by monitoring delivery quality, customersatisfaction, and support. Contribute to joint pursuits withpartners, identifying and developing sales opportunities. Stayupdated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitoractivities to identify new business opportunities and challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Basic understanding of channelsales strategies, partner ecosystems, and system integrators.
Strong organizational and coordination skills. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using CRMsystems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work bothindependently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strongattention to detail and ability to manage multiple taskssimultaneously. Willingness to learn and adapt to changingpriorities and responsibilities. Strong problem-solving skills andability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Familiaritywith Salesforce.com or other CRM systems. Previous experience orexposure to channel sales, alliances management, or partnerenablement. Interest in the software industry and identity accessmanagement sector. Knowledge of marketing and demand generationpractices. Understanding of partner training and sales enablementprocesses. Ability to analyze data and generate insights to drivepartner performance. Proactive mindset with a focus on continuousimprovement. Ability to travel domestically and internationally asrequired.
USA:
$100,000 – $130,000 In accordance with Colorado’sEqual Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximatecompensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Finalcompensation for this role will be determined by various factors,such as knowledge, skills, and abilities. Life at
