The role is based in Easton, PA, but offers flexibility for some work-from-home options. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their coverage needs, and handling employee benefits inquiries. Additional tasks include policy renewals, endorsements, and resolving client issues efficiently. Qualifications Proficiency in Commercial Lines Coverage and Account Management
Strong Customer Service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Prior experience in the insurance industry is required
AMS 360 a plus
P&C license is required PA or NJ
