Job consists of follow up calls with providers and documenting calls made with a sense of urgency. Client satisfaction a must!
Education:
High School Graduate a must and additional education a plus.
Work Experience and Requirements:
Customer Service and Call Center Experience a plus. Basic computer skills required. Must be well spoken, spelling, grammar, and strong communication skills necessary including verbal and written. Attention to detail, Critical thinking and Problem solving a must. Salary $15.00
