Role:

We’re seeking an Account Manager with proven experience in the fire alarm and intrusion (burglar) alarm industry. In this role, you’ll manage existing client accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities. You’ll be a key part of a team that delivers customized life safety and security solutions to commercial and residential clients.

Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of existing accounts and build long-term relationships Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads Develop and present proposals to clients Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful system installation and service Stay up-to-date on NFPA codes, local ordinances, and industry trends Meet or exceed sales targets and

KPIs Requirements:

Strong knowledge of alarm systems, fire codes, and low-voltage technologies Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
