Duties Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Engage in warm calling to introduce our services and products to prospective clients. Assist in the development of sales strategies to meet company goals. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Analyze client feedback and market trends to provide insights for product improvement. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Support senior account managers with administrative tasks as needed.
