Our client, a leading insurance firm in Philadelphia, is seekingtheir next Account Management Assistant to support theircollaborative and growing Account Management team. They are lookingfor a meticulous and detail-oriented professional to providehigh-quality administrative support.
About You:
High school diplomawith 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in aninsurance or professional services setting. Strong proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite and internal business systems, withexcellent spelling, grammar, and written communication. Highlyorganized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in afast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Professional demeanorwith the ability to work both independently and collaborativelywhile maintaining confidentiality. Job:
Manage therenewal process by preparing schedules, presentations, letters, andassembling materials to support varying client timelines. IssueCertificates of Insurance and Auto ID cards; assist with reviewingendorsements, contracts, and coordinating with part-timeprocessors. Maintain and organize digital files, update internaldatabases, and handle scanning, printing, and quality assurance percompany standards. Provide administrative support includingcorrespondence, phone/email monitoring, travel coordination,scheduling, and calendar management. Participate in internalmeetings, assist with reports, billing, policy processing, andcross-unit support as needed. Our client is looking for adetermined and results-driven professional to join their team. Thisis a hybrid position based in Philadelphia and pays up to $60,000per year, depending on experience.
