The Account Manager:
Migration Consultant is a critical role withinthe sales organization facilitating growth for our currentcustomers. The Migration Consultant is responsible for consulting,scoping, and facilitating the migration to new products for ourcurrent customer base while creating an environment that reduceschurn and maximizes the customer’s lifetime value. ExpectationsGenerate and respond to opportunities for product migrations withinthe current customer base Generate the highest probability of salethrough effective demonstration of proven sales behaviorsincluding, but not limited to… Completing effective discovery callsfocused on learning the prospect’s challenges, causes of thosechallenges, and consequences of inaction Providing solutionrecommendations and tailored product demonstrations based on theabove learnings Understanding the prospect’s goals, plans,timeline, budget, and decision making process Communicatingaccurate business value alignment between the prospect and therecommended POR solution Understand software licensing and pricingmodels and be able to navigate complex contract amendments Meet orexceed monthly sales quotas Requirements 2 years proven salesexperience and/or experience in the rental industry Exceptionalverbal and written communication skills Exceptional time managementand organizational skills Focused attention to detail Ability torespond and react to customers in a timely manner Self-motivatedwith ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment with asense of urgency and persistence Hunger for continuouslearning/improvement and a willingness to implement best practicesAbility to follow a prescribed sales process and effectivelyutilize provided tools and resources
Job Type:
Full-Time, Exempt.
Base Salary Commission Benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision), 100%401(k) Matching (Up to 4%) 120 Hours PTO. Open to On-Site, Hybridor 100% Remote Work Environments. The base salary range for thisposition is $60,000 to $70,000 per year. The base salary actuallyoffered will take into account internal equity and also may varydepending on the candidates geographic region, job-relatedknowledge, experience and training, skills, licenses andcertifications, and education among other factors.
