A growing independent insurance agency is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager with deep knowledge of the Pennsylvania personal lines market . Key Responsibilities:

Client Service & Retention Handle renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements Respond to client inquiries and resolve billing/coverage questions Educate clients on coverage changes and claim processes Maintain accurate records using an agency management system (Epic preferred) Conduct periodic account reviews to ensure adequate protection Ensure all activities meet carrier and internal compliance standards New Business & Cross-Selling Identify coverage gaps and promote additional products (auto, home, umbrella) Prepare quotes and present proposals to prospects Work with producers and underwriters to secure favorable policy terms Follow up on new business referrals and manage pipeline activity Track activities and results within the agency system

Qualifications:

5+ years of personal lines insurance experience , with a strong understanding of the Pennsylvania market Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License required Proficiency with agency management systems (Epic preferred, AMS360 a plus) Familiarity with comparative raters and carrier portals Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Self-starter with a professional, service-oriented approach

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary:

$50,000-$60,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Bonus:

10% of year-over-year book growth
