Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Lines AccountManager, you will be entrusted with a broad range ofresponsibilities. You will manage a diverse portfolio of commerciallines accounts, nurturing relationships with clients and ensuringtheir needs are met with the highest level of service.

Your rolewill involve:

1. Managing and growing a book of commercial linesaccounts. 2. Analyzing and assessing clients’ risk exposure,recommending appropriate insurance solutions. 3. Handling policyrenewals, endorsements, and cancellations. 4. Issuing certificatesof insurance (COIs) and managing the entire COI process. 5.Providing exceptional customer service, resolving client inquiries,and addressing their concerns promptly and professionally. 6.Collaborating with the team to develop and implement effectivestrategies for client retention and growth. 7. Utilizing AMS forclient management and policy administration.

Qualifications:

Thesuccessful candidate will have: 1. A minimum of 5 years ofexperience in commercial insurance, specifically in a commerciallines account management role. 2. Proficiency in risk management,policy analysis, and policy renewal processes. 3. Strong customerservice skills, with the ability to build and maintain positiveclient relationships. 4. Expertise in property and casualtyinsurance. 5. Experience in handling renewals, certificates, andclient management. 6. Proficiency in using AMS360 and/orAppliedEPIC systems. 7. Exceptional communication and interpersonalskills, with the ability to work effectively in a team andindependently. 8. Strong organizational skills, with the ability tomanage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. 9. Aproactive approach, with the ability to identify and resolve issuesbefore they escalate. 10. A Property and Casualty license is neededfor this position.
