Account Manager Blueprint Insurance Group 357 N Shelmore Blvd, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and team-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic agency. We are a boutique agency, where culture is crucial. As a small business, you will have the opportunity to truly grow with us. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a team approach, an ability to multi-task & a desire to be relational. You will be responsible for maintaining existing accounts while also assisting with new business opportunities. Responsibilities Manage and nurture relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty with our clients Utilize our Agency Management System to track account activities, manage leads, and document our recommendations. Experience Insurance experience not necessary, however the candidate would have to be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license (at our expense) Excellent customer relations & communication skills (both verbal & written) We will celebrate 15 years in business this year!
