$40,000 The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current clients. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the clients may face. We are looking for an energetic, organized, and an intrinsically motivated Account Manager. We require previous hands on experience within the construction industry OR account management experience in the staffing industry specifically with skilled trades clients.

Work Location:
Charleston, SC. Our office is located in West Ashley off of Sam Rittenberg Blvd. Your assigned target market will be the Southeast.
Job Duties:
Including but not limited to: Communicate with clients and prospective clients through a variety of methods including networking, cold calling, sales presentations, social media outlets, etc. Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform. Ensure quality and timeliness in the delivery of our services to our clients, at all times. Manage assigned existing corporate accounts, build lasting relationships with new clients that you obtain directly, and increase our value and revenue with all accounts you are responsible for. Ensure quality and timeliness in the delivery of our services to our clients, at all times. Use a vast array of industry tools to identify, contact, & close prospective clients. Provide communication between the client and recruiter(s) to obtain job orders, gather feedback, and fill open positions. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with new clients and strong connections with the client’s hiring managers. Pursue innovative avenues of generating new business opportunities with existing clients. Manage the entire staffing sales process from prospecting to close. Generate sales revenue in new accounts.
Conduct the full-cycle interview process:
review resumes, initial phone screens, check references, verify trade licenses and credentials, formal interviews, submit criminal background checks for processing, submit candidate information for E-Verify upon offer of employment and completion of I9 form, and placement. Source candidates through various social media outlets, our ATS software, active and passive candidate database, etc.. Provide weekly report of sales activity, job orders, pipeline progress and deals to direct supervisor.
Basic Requirements & Qualifications:
Including but not limited to: Previous account management experience Experience working directly in the construction industry is strongly preferred. Experience in construction/skilled trades staffing sales, marketing/business development is strongly preferred. Associate Degree is strongly preferred. Completely comfortable utilizing a computer, social media, job boards, email, CRM and ATS software, etc.. (We currently utilize Bullhorn) Should be a team player with an enthusiastic attitude and must be target driven and able to thrive in a time pressured environment.
