Position Overview:
Client Service Administrative Assistant We are seeking an experienced and professional Administrative Assistant to support our client service and operations functions. This is a critical, client-facing role that requires prior experience in the financial services industry . The ideal candidate will be highly organized, responsive, and dedicated to delivering a first-class experience to both clients and team members. This position is primarily in-office at our Class A downtown Charleston office, with some flexibility to work remotely. Key Responsibilities Client Service & Front-Line Support Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in person Deliver a high-touch client experience through prompt, professional communication Schedule and prepare for client meetings Support the coordination of client events and communications Account Operations & Documentation Prepare and process account applications, transfers, and maintenance requests Maintain client files and CRM records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality Liaise with custodians and vendor partners to ensure smooth account servicing Monitor workflows and ensure compliance with firm and regulatory procedures Team Support & Office Administration Assist advisors with daily administrative and client service tasks Manage office supplies, mail, and other general administrative functions Contribute to process improvement and internal documentation Required Qualifications Experience in a financial services, wealth management, or banking environment (REQUIRED) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); CRM experience a plus Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities effectively Professional demeanor with a high level of integrity and discretion Collaborative team player with a client-first mindset Work Environment Full-time , Monday-Friday Primarily in-office , with limited work-from-home flexibility Class A office located in downtown Charleston Supportive, growth-minded team culture Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and Bonus Opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with employer match Paid time off and holidays Employee assistance program Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Ready to Join Us?
