This representative will act as a liaison for AT&T residential and cell services, provide product/service information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best candidate is genuinely excited to help customers; they’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Responsibilities Seek new sales leads for telecom, internet, and cell phones Territory management for residential customers in the greater Charleston area Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Residential Door to Door sales Sales Presentations Serve as the lead point of contact for our customers Ensures quality, standards, and client expectations are met Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers
