We have experienced unprecedented growth as we continue to serve the area. Our reputation is built on quality, personalized service, and attention to detail. Reporting to the President, the account representative will present products new customers while working with existing customers and managing all aspects of existing business. Essential Responsibilities Communicate with clients and gather information about a project’s scope, budgets and timelines. Respond to all walk-ins, calls, texts, and emails for quotes. Maintain communication with assigned contractor accounts and their clients. Follow up with quoted clients at least 1-2 times after sending the estimate. Learn our materials, services, and installation practices, guide clients in their selections. Fill out and maintain client file information accurately. Schedule and coordinate installations directly with clients. Occasionally we visit contractors and participate in team events for client acquisition. Assist with invoicing and admin tasks when other team members are unavailable.

Essential Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales and account management. Familiarity with countertops is preferred, but commensurate experience will be accepted. Kitchen/cabinet/design experience is preferred, but commensurate experience may be acceptable. Proven account management, sales and customer service experience. High energy and dependability.
