Role & Responsibilities
The Client Executive is responsible for driving sales in staffing, managed services, and consulting services to healthcare providers, payers, & third-party healthcare services.
This role involves:
daily outreach to prospects, nurturing relationships, and ensuring oversight of the support mechanisms to ensure a successful sales cycle. The selected individual will be tasked with meeting and exceeding quota expectations in their assigned geographic region. The role will report directly to AVP, Sales – Southeast and offers a competitive base pay with uncapped commission and a high earning potential. Candidates are preferred to live in the Greenville or Alpharetta area. Applicants that do not live in these areas and are willing to relocate will be prioritized highly. Primary Duties
Solicit new business in a dedicated geographic territory (average 75 calls per day).
Partner with senior leadership to understand client needs, industry trends, competitor offerings, and business development opportunities.
Develop and execute sales strategies aligning internal sales support resources to help achieve goals. Build and maintain strong client relationships to support deal acquisition, execution, upselling, and cross-selling.
Strengthen relationships with system integrators and key stakeholders to identify opportunities.
Stay current on industry trends, procurement practices, and market dynamics to effectively position Healthcare IT Leader’s solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution.
Support proposal development in collaboration with internal teams to align with client requirements.
Leverage Healthcare IT Leader’s subject matter experts to enhance proposal quality and delivery.
Meet and exceed monthly quota for revenue and gross profit.

Previous sales experience in a fast-paced environment and a track record of past success achieving and exceeding a sales plan.
Familiarity with healthcare IT solutions, vendor systems and job titles associated with widely-used Enterprise Applications including EHR, Rev Cycle, ERP, WFM and CRM solutions like Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), MEDITECH, Workday, UKG, Oracle, Snowflake, AWS, & more.
