Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets through effective communication and persuasion techniques. Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales approaches and share best practices. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system. Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively address customer inquiries. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Skills Proven experience in Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding of client needs. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple accounts effectively. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
