Insurance Account Representative Auto Plus Insurance Agency Lancaster, SC 29720 Position Overview Our office is seeking a self-driven, motivated, energetic team member to work along side our team in a fast pace, demanding atmosphere. Ideally, the right team member will help grow the agency through customer relations and hard work. This role requires a blend of sales, customer service skills, and technical knowledge. This position will allow the experience of working in an agent’s office to become an Auto Plus Agent yourself. Responsibilities Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about all their insurance options. Work with an agent to establish & meet all marketing goals Maintain account records of all customer interactions Develop leads, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products & services. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success everyday Requirements Driven/self -started mentality with a desire for achievement and growth Sales experience (outside or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarking) preferred Successful track record of meeting goals/quotas preferred Strong background in customer service with a focus on building long-term relationships. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to make presentations to potential customers. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
