With our North American Test System team, we provide turnkey Testing Solutions for drivetrain and battery testing needs, serving regional customers for over 35 years. As an Account Manager, you’ll lead the overall business relationship with key powertrain manufacturer accounts. You’ll establish and implement short-term goals and long-range strategies to achieve results meeting company objectives. Your role involves effectively growing the business, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability through collaboration with division business units and resources.

Position Responsibilities:

Lead customer development, growing sales, and market share.
Develop and maintain customer relationships at all levels.
Implement sales strategies aligned with divisional and business unit objectives.
Identify new customer requirements and capitalize on opportunities.
Coordinate development of customer quotations/proposals.
Maintain oversight of account profitability.

Job Requirements:

Seasoned sales professional with experience in modern customer relationship management.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree with technical and commercial knowledge.
6+ years of sales experience in Automotive/Automation industries.
