About the Role As an Account Manager, you’ll be a key leader in our Charleston operations, directly responsible for customer satisfaction, account retention, and strong employee relations. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional weekend and after-hours availability as needed.
Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing facility cleaning and enforcing work standards. Scheduling account personnel and conducting site evaluations/audits. Managing inventory, equipment usage, and budget control. Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and managing special projects. Orienting and training employees, including supervisory staff. Ensuring safety compliance and maintaining environmental procedures. Cultivating strong customer relations and leading client communication. Maintaining employee personnel records for administrative compliance. Planning, organizing, coordinating, executing, and supervising all janitorial operations. Key Qualifications Minimum of 2-5 years of management or supervisory experience An Associate’s degree or equivalent and a valid Driver’s License are required. Demonstrated strong leadership ability through past impacts at work or community involvement. Experience in coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team. Knowledge of human resource policies and practices, including staffing and employee relations. Ability to create and forecast productivity, staffing, and budget plans. Proficiency with computers, including Google applications. Excellent people and leadership skills with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
