We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager – Contractor Relations to join our growing team in Spartanburg, SC. In this hybrid role, you will initially focus on sourcing and onboarding new vendor and contractor partners to support our expanding project pipeline. Over time, the role will evolve into a more traditional account management position, with a focus on managing contractor relationships and supporting our refrigeration project business. Staff & Management Benefits Information Key Responsibilities:
Initial 3-6 Months (Primary Focus):
- Identify, research, and recruit qualified vendor and contractor partners across various markets.
- Conduct outreach to potential vendors and manage onboarding documentation and processes.
- Support the Senior Account Manager in maintaining sourcing databases and tracking contractor engagement.
Ongoing Responsibilities:
- Continue to support vendor sourcing (~25% of role).
- Assist the Strategic and Senior Account Managers in managing vendor and contractor relationships.
- Communicate with contractors and clients to coordinate projects, resolve issues, and ensure quality service delivery.
- Help oversee the contractor/vendor experience throughout refrigeration and energy project lifecycles.
- Support sourcing of refrigeration equipment and related materials.
- Gradually transition into direct account management responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of customer service, vendor management, or account management experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in technology tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM platforms, and cloud-based systems.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive work ethic.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
