Job Summary

Key Duties

Cultivate and nurture strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers at pharmaceutical customer and partner organizations to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
Address Customer Needs:
Proactively address both short-term and long-term customer needs, serving as the primary point of contact for contracted customer programs and ensuring their success.
Manage Communication:
Oversee the communication process for contracted programs, including monthly reporting, quarterly business reviews, and other necessary updates, to maintain transparency and alignment with customer expectations.
Collaborate Internally:
Collaborate closely with internal RedSail teams to optimize program performance, troubleshoot issues, and achieve customer ROI expectations.
Identify Growth Opportunities:

Education/Training
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
