Account Manager Mobile Images Acquisition, LLC South Carolina Summary of Duties:

We are seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and dependable Account Manager to oversee client accounts and facility-related issues across Georgia and South Carolina. This role requires overnight travel and offers a company car and credit card for business expenses. The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, and proficient with computers, capable of working with limited supervision while maintaining strong client relationships.

Education:

Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Skills/Experience:

Strong computer skills and ability to navigate various software applications. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Reliable and dependable in managing responsibilities. Ability to travel overnight as required. Healthcare experience is highly preferred.

Essential Functions:

Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Address and resolve any facility-related concerns for clients. Travel overnight between Georgia and South Carolina to meet client needs. Utilize computer systems effectively for account management and reporting. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Work independently with minimal supervision while staying organized and proactive.

Physical Demands:

Sitting & Standing:

Extended periods of sitting while driving the vehicle or working on a computer, with occasional standing and walking during client visits.

Travel:

Frequent overnight travel between Georgia and South Carolina, requiring driving and carrying luggage or work materials.

Lifting & Carrying:

Occasionally lifting and carrying items such as laptops, documents, or promotional materials (typically up to 20 pounds).

Reaching & Handling:

Regular use of a computer, requiring keyboarding and handling office equipment.

Walking & Moving:

Walking through client facilities to assess and address any issues.
