Sales Account Manager Responsibilities Include:
Maintain and facilitate good relationships with existing/new customers Develop and generate new business opportunities Assist the customers by emails, phone calls, web meeting, in person visit Familiarize yourself with the products to perform better customer support and sales promotion Answer technical inquiries as needed Work with logistics department for prompt delivery of the products. Other duties as assigned
Sales Account Manager Requirements Include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field of study At least 3 year of experience in sales, account management, business development Strong organizational and communication abilities Be able to use Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) Ability to travel occasionally as needed Must have valid driver’s license, passport While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 20 pounds, lift in excess of 20 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
