Job Description

Account Manager Formos, LLC Nashville, TN • Remote Position Details Formos Account Managers will develop new business and grow the Formos brand in the region. They will assist in designing and delivering company presentations and proposals to prospects. They will work with the CEO, Founder, Solution Architects, and other team members to qualify and close new business. They will recommend associations to join and will represent Formos at strategic networking and targeted industry events. Our sales approach will be flexible and results driven. The balance of effort may shift depending on adjustments to strategic direction and depending on results from various initiatives. Ultimately, success will be measured by an increase in revenue and a broader client base. Responsibilities Direct Sales Qualify and engage prospects Spearhead long term sales opportunities Develop a trusted referral network Work with CEO and other staff to develop and present proposals Develop and deliver company and project-specific presentations Account Management Engage existing customers to measure satisfaction and ensure success Mine successful projects for potential vertical markets Develop testimonials and other customer reference materials Potentially train customers on their software Sales Operations Develop channel sales strategy and manage execution Maintain prospect data and deliver updates to management Requirements 4+ years of consultative sales experience Experience selling 6 figure solutions Great communicator, both written and verbal, and good at thinking on your feet Very comfortable with a variety of personalities in a variety of situations Highly organized, detail-oriented, thorough and patient Independently motivated, eager to learn, and driven to succeed Clear understanding of social media and other media strategies Self-confident and good under pressure Honest and hard working Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary based on skill set and experience Generous commission structure Three weeks of paid time off per year and eight paid company holidays Health, Dental, Vision, Life and AD&D insurance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and HSA option Company paid travel to Vietnam and Ecuador for team building and cultural immersion Great work/life balance with 40-hour workweeks the norm
