PartneredWell is looking for an Account Manager to join ourcorporate office in Nashville, TN (Green Hills).

SUMMARY:

TheAccount Manager is a key leader responsible for operationsmanagement necessary to drive business operations. This role willbe responsible to (1) serve as the main client contact onoperational and strategic opportunities, maintaining focus onclient satisfaction and value added strategies while demonstratingthe ability to proactively identify client needs related tohealthcare trends, (2) build operational and account managementworkflows, KPI’s and infrastructure to support client success fordirect to employer healthcare models, 3) working with the productteam to support the build of the technology and reporting/analytical infrastructure necessary to enable our clinicians toprovide care and report on outcomes internally and to clients.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties and responsibilitiesgenerally reflect the expectations of this position but are notintended to be all inclusive. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients and coordinating withinternal teams to deliver solutions.
  • Be a “Voice of the Client”to ensure we deliver a superior patient and client experience and,ultimately, superior clinical and financial outcomes.
  • Buildingand maintaining strong relationships with clients both new andexisting
  • Responsible for identifying, developing andcommunicating client key initiatives.
  • Create and deliverscalable, accurate, differentiated client reporting while usinglarge amounts of data to make informed business decisions.
Internal:

Executive Dashboards, KPI’s, clinical/ operationaldecision support tools

External:

Client Reporting for patientsatisfaction, clinical, and financial outcomes

  • Work closelywith several cross-functional departments to translate customerbusiness goals and needs to ensure success.
  • Work closely withCare Coordination to ensure that population health targets arebeing achieved via individual care coordination engagement efforts
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair theorganization’s ability to meet client goals
  • Monitoring accountperformance and providing regular reports to Management.
  • Analyze client data, developing strategic recommendations andidentifying opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure compliance withhealthcare industry regulations and company policies.
  • Stayup-to-date with industry trends and regulations.
  • Understand themarket and business needs, working with clients, consultants, andbrokers in order to anticipate customer/ market needs and translatethem into clear, concise business strategy roadmaps
  • Work withsales to help showcase Account Management capabilities and uniqueoperational capabilities.
WHAT’S REQUIRED?
  • 7-10 years’experience in account management, employer healthcare, onsite/shared site health clinics, occupational medicine, or value-basedcare environment
  • 3-5 years’ experience with advanced primarycare and/ or population health management programs and knowledge ofthe health system, services and current environment
  • Collegedegree required; MBA a plus, with a major in business, healthcare,or equivalent experience
  • Leadership & Collaboration. Trackrecord of leadership that drives initiatives to completion bycollaborating across teams. Works well independently and inside asmall team.
  • Strong Technical abilities. Experience withclinical care management, data analytics and reporting technologyplatforms.
  • Familiarity with chronic condition management,health coaching, and wellness programs that improve patients’clinical outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a portfolioof clients.
