About the Role We are currently searching for a highly motivated Assistant Account Manager to join our Royalties team! In this role, you’ll get to work closely with all members of this deeply knowledgeable team. The ideal candidate possesses critical thinking skills and problem-solving capabilities to analyze contracts and identify relevant information given limited situational context. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Downloading daily statements and update database Send out daily statement report Process payments and book commissions daily Allocate band members and producer royalty shares Creating, sending, and tracking invoices for royalty statements Follow up on invoices to ensure payment Monthly and quarterly distributor transfers Filling out misc. forms
