Responsible for insights and analysis that drive profitable sales growth, new distribution gains, promotional efficiency, and market share growth. Owner of post promotion analysis, and monthly POS review meetings.
Point of contact with customers for daily operations of the Henkel Consumer Brands business.
Achieve merchandising, distribution and promotion objectives, while adhering to approved budgets.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on development of Joint Business Planning (JBP) with customers that delivers on Henkel’s net sales, and profitability targets and customer aligned KPI’s.
Builds an in-depth knowledge & understanding of the customer strategies. Works with the internal Henkel Consumer Brands team to leverage this knowledge and drives winning solutions.
Comfortable negotiating with customers and ensuring delivery of aligned upon objectives.
Support supply chain initiatives through S&OP process to optimize gross sales, profitability, new distribution opportunities, and strong financial management.
Expertise with ad-hoc reporting and uncovering insights to create selling stories and presentations that influence positive outcomes with customers.
What makes you a good fit
Strong communication (written and verbal), time management and organizational skills.
Experience and proficiency with 1010, Nielsen and/or IRI.
Solution oriented and ability to think strategically.
Best in class analytical skills, able to interpret and action data with fact-based selling skills.
Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.

The salary for this role is $80,000-115,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
