Job Description

Regional Account Manager 5.0 5.0 out of 5 stars Nashville, TN

  • Remote The Opportunity
  • Develop and manage insurance, commercial, industrial, and property management accounts
  • Identify/develop key partner strategies for specific market segments
  • Prospect and set up appointments via video calls and face-to-face
  • Identify and call on regional or local prospects to generate opportunities
  • Communicate effectively at all client levels in high-stress situations
  • Utilize CRM tool to keep all client information and activities up to date
  • Participate in and represent CRC at trade shows, golf tournaments, and promotional events
  • Work with operations to ensure customer satisfaction on every project
  • Generate leads
  • Additional responsibilities as required.
What You Need:
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR
  • 3+ years outside sales experience, B2B preferred
  • Experience engaging with people across a variety of levels and with diverse backgrounds
  • A passion for networking, including the ability to identify the right customer stakeholders and build connections quickly to drive consensus for deals
  • Self-motivated, showing perseverance and the ability to overcome objections to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to set clear, realistic, and time-bound objectives that align to business growth
  • Ability to attend networking functions on evenings
  • Basic computer and Microsoft Office Skills
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
