- Remote The Opportunity
- Develop and manage insurance, commercial, industrial, and property management accounts
- Identify/develop key partner strategies for specific market segments
- Prospect and set up appointments via video calls and face-to-face
- Identify and call on regional or local prospects to generate opportunities
- Communicate effectively at all client levels in high-stress situations
- Utilize CRM tool to keep all client information and activities up to date
- Participate in and represent CRC at trade shows, golf tournaments, and promotional events
- Work with operations to ensure customer satisfaction on every project
- Generate leads
- Additional responsibilities as required.
What You Need:
- Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR
- 3+ years outside sales experience, B2B preferred
- Experience engaging with people across a variety of levels and with diverse backgrounds
- A passion for networking, including the ability to identify the right customer stakeholders and build connections quickly to drive consensus for deals
- Self-motivated, showing perseverance and the ability to overcome objections to achieve sales targets
- Ability to set clear, realistic, and time-bound objectives that align to business growth
- Ability to attend networking functions on evenings
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office Skills
- CRM experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Team-oriented attitude
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
