GENERAL FUNCTION

Serves as the trustedadvisor and team coordinator to simplify complexity for PrivateBank clients by challenging and collaborating with them toarticulate and achieve their wealth goals. Creates teams ofhighlycredentialedspecialiststo provide wealth planning,investments, private banking, risk management, and trust services.

Ensures delivery and execution of Private Bank experience andclient service standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales:

oDevelops and prospects internal and external centers ofinfluence to build and cultivate pipeline of new clientopportunities. oEffectively utilizes Life360 Discovery process toprofile clients and issues spot client needs that result in AUM,Brokerage, Loans, Deposits, Insurance, Estate Planning, and WealthPlanning. oActs as the Core Team Member for One Bank to identifyopportunities with new and existing bank customers. Continuallymonitors and evaluates client needs to identify opportunities toexpand and deepen household relationship. oDemonstrates proficiencyin the utilization of consultative and advice driven sales; managesexecution of client service standards to develop and retain lastingclient relationships. oDevelops and strategically executes personalbusiness plan to achieve defined revenue and business objectives..

Client Experience:

oInstitutes habits that ensure coordination ofteam in the consistent delivery of Private Bank experiencestandards. oUtilizes the Life360 process when working with teammembers to deliver advice based solutions. oCollaborates with acustomized team of specialists to deliver high-quality clientservice. oEnsures service standards and metrics are met based onneeds, segmentation, asset allocation, and risk management.oIdentifies and refers opportunities providing for the utilizationof advanced planning solutions. oCoordinates and collaborates withclient third party advisors (e.g., attorney, accountant) to ensuresynergy of advisors” recommendations, consistent to client goals.oPartners and leverages internal and external service providers tooptimize effectiveness and efficiency. oAs primary contact,resolves problems in a timely and effective manner. oProvidesclient with information regarding current trends and commands athorough knowledge of investment products, trading strategies andmarket dynamics. oAccountable for the organization, development andexecution of client reviews that are in keeping with servicestandards to ensure client needs are being met. E.g. Annual ClientReviews and quarterly updates, etc. Utilizes theLife360processtocontinually challenge and collaborate with theclient to articulate and achieve their goals. oManages overallprofitability of client relationship. oEnsures process informationrecorded timely in CRM regarding status and activities. oDrivescontinuous improvement by looking for ways to deepen relationshipwith client through all areas of Private Bank and other appropriateBancorp channels. oActs as primary point of contact for COI withinBank. oAccountable for implementation of recommendations deliveredto client. oLeads the 90-day client on-boarding process. oWorks incollaboration with team members to ensure alignment and exchangeinformation and resources necessary to meet shared objectives.oAddresses developmental needs and knowledge gaps as requested bymanager and the Private Bank. oChampions the Bancorp Vision andCore Values through personal actions and leadership influence topromote high-performing work groups. .
