Median Salary $85,000.00 • (See Compensation & Benefits for additional details) The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited: Manage an existing network of Authorized Resellers, while continuing to expand and grow this network within your assigned territory mainly via outbound phone calls from an existing database Also Increase sales volume in your territory by various forms of prospecting such as cold calls, referrals, social media, and cross-selling to existing customers Processing orders from inbound calls, web inquiries, re-orders and email inquiries Post sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction Attend trade shows within your territory occasionally Skills and job requirements: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Willingness to travel including some nights and weekends Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm Computer proficient with experience in Microsoft Office Suite programs and experience using CRM software Effective time management skills, with strong organization and prioritization abilities Enthusiastic, competitive, results-driven and solutions-orientated Must have strong work ethic and integrity Must have Previous Sales Experience to apply: Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience Some experience in agriculture is preferred, but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary $ 39,000.00 to $45,000.00 based on experience and Uncapped Commissions Low-tier producers can expect to make around $ 70,000.00 a year, while high achievers are able to exceed $100,000.00 in total compensation. Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance available after 90 days 401(k) with generous company match up to 6% of your base salary dollar for dollar & Profit Sharing. Vacation and Sick Time available after 90 days
