The Customer Service Representative position will involve partnering with the Personal/Commercial department to provide excellent customer service to agency customers and greeting office visitors throughout the day. Answer incoming phone calls. Return all phone messages promptly. Provide exceptional customer service. Process customer policy change requests. Secure all Trailing Documents from customers. Handle incoming claim calls from customers. Complete Evidence of Insurance requests. Be outstanding at relationship building. Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified time frame. Requirements Insurance industry experience. Possess a P&C Insurance License Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful. Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Must be highly self-motivated. Professional phone etiquette. Great Customer Service Skills. Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude. Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified time frame.
