Account Representative (Client Management)

Designation:
Non-Exempt Position Purpose:

Responsible for the management of assigned Client relationships and performing the necessary due diligence in the purchasing, collection of purchased invoices. Deliver excellent customer service ensuring the retention of client relationships. Assist Operations/Portfolio Manager in the management of Client relationships.

Position Job Description:

Review support documents for accuracy and completeness. Perform invoice verifications as necessary. Process invoices and import support documents for purchase into Factoring Software. Perform collection activity and document accordingly in Factoring Software. Prepare/Distribute/Collect Account Debtor Notice of Assignment letters as necessary. Answer Client/Account Debtor questions and concerns; significant phone interaction is required. Manage unapplied cash and ensure timely resolution. Notify Operations/Portfolio Manager/President of adverse trends or problems. Prepare reports for management as directed. Demonstrate a commitment to achieving positive results by productively working through issues and driving solutions as a team. Employee may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of GuideOn Capital Solutions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to manage differing activities simultaneously with conflicting priorities. ability to work within specific deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, verbally, electronically, and in writing. Can-do, positive attitude; friendly and approachable; positive phone skills; customer service skills. Must continuously demonstrate a high level of attention to detail. Basic computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, intermediate Excel required; must be able to utilize web-based database programs and customer sites; email and other programs required. Excellent attendance record

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or earned GED, Associate Degree in Accounting/Business or related field preferred. Work experience in Accounts Receivable/Collections, Transportation or related field preferred. Typical work

M-F 8:00 – 5:00
