Accounts Specialist franklin|architects 142 North Market Street, Chattanooga, TN 37405 RESPONSIBILITIES Accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions & complete posting process
Accounts Payable:
Records & Pay Bills according to schedule; Consultant Fees
- Set up in
BQE CORE
(project management software), pay after we receive payment
Accounts Receivable:
Project invoicing
- maintain steady flow of invoicing to clients, including consultant fees and reimbursable expenses Accounting tasks include Financial Reporting, general ledger entries, record payments, adjustments, and account reconciliations
Credit Cards, Checking Accounts:
Project Reimbursements (printing, mileage) Assist Supervisor with Employee Onboarding and Payroll Assist Supervisor with Insurance Audits, 401(K) Census, etc Project Administration Adding & maintaining projects in
QBO, BQE CORE
(following detailed steps) Consultant Agreements Miscellaneous Administrative Tasks
