What you’ll be doing
- Generate outbound calls andfield incoming calls
- Obtain necessary estate information asavailable and follow up with the representative regarding claimfiling
- Notate files with estate information
- Negotiate paymentarrangements and follow-up on payment arrangements
- Sendconfirmation and settlement letters as required
- Respond to allvoicemail messages daily
- Accurately document accounts and notatefiles with correct transaction codes

Minimum requirements
- Ahigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Account Representative:
A competitive nature and ateam spirit with empathetic customer service over the phone.
Comfortable working on multiple computer systems at one time andhave one (1) year experience in collections or 2 years in CustomerService.
