This role ensures effective equipment management and compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Implement department objectives and strategies to maintain an effective equipment management program aligned with company policies. Serve as a technical advisor to both corporate and field equipment employees, assisting the management team in finalizing equipment budgets and facilitating potential equipment purchases. Manage and direct maintenance and repair programs, equipment safety programs, and optimize equipment utilization on company projects. Maintain comprehensive corporate equipment files, including inventories, repair and maintenance records. Perform additional tasks as requested by senior staff. Supervisory Responsibilities May supervise up to 3 supervisors and 15 hourly workers involved in equipment management and maintenance. Requirements Practical knowledge of the function, operation, and maintenance of construction equipment. Ability to lead and manage a team, ensuring compliance with all safety and operational standards.
