As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in setting and then exceeding the expectations of the clients managed. This is a dynamic position that requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Act as the primary point of contact between the company and client Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client and communicate to thoroughly understand their needs, interests, and specific project requirements Facilitate production to ensure projects meet expectations and are delivered on time Review quality of service, assessing site conditions, and suggest improvements to client and/or production Maintain communications with internal personnel to ensure efforts are in line with objectives Effectively negotiate invoice status to assist finance team on client past due status Quality control – project follow up/check in following completion

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for communication with assigned Clients to understand their needs and expectations. Ensure all services consistently meet client expectations. Function as client advocate to resolve issues related to billing, support, etc. Act as a liaison between client and crew.

Work alongside assigned superintendent with:

Assist with recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contribution of employees. Drives quality control Conducts job start-ups as necessary Ensures that crew members operate safely and in accordance with applicable policies and requirements Essential Physical Demands Ability to perform physical activities. Ability to push, pull and frequently lift/carry objects, tools, materials and equipment. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Skills/Abilities:

Effective verbal and written communication skills Knowledge and ability to use various computer programs and applications, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and email systems Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and evenings, as required.
