Sales Strategies and Execution:
Leads negotiations and manages complex decision-making processes. Develops and delivers presentations that communicate the company’s value.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Works with the operations team on weekly sales plans. Shares leads and customer knowledge with the sales team.
Follow-Up & Support:
Ensures service issues are identified, understood, and solved. Provides accurate forecasts through reporting to management with the use of Salesforce.com. Maintains strong knowledge of manufacturing quality and inspection business.
