Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, understand their insurance requirements and providing tailored solutions.
• Process policies and handle claims efficiently and accurately.
• Asses risks associated with various businesses to determine appropriate coverage.
• Maintain accurate records of clients interactions policy details and claims.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries , and resolving issues promptly. Requirements
• Insurance experience is preferred.
• A Property and Casualty insurance license is preferred, but not required.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Great Customer Service skills.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
