We are seeking an A-Player to join our vibrant local business, which is part of a progressive horticultural organization with national reach. As an Account Manager, you’ll: Achieve revenue, profitability, enhancement, and contract renewal goals. Build relationships with LSG clients and ensure client satisfaction. Provide accurate and timely paperwork flow between field and office. Supervise field staff and manage client jobs to ensure the crews consistently performs high quality work, meet client requirements and fulfill them in a profitable and efficient manner Present recommendations for property improvements, proper horticulture procedures, and quality service within budget. Manage all customer communication with proper urgency. Proactively promote and sell any possible landscape enhancements to existing customers. Maintain a schedule for client/site visits to ensure quality and service expectations are consistently met or exceeded. Lead in the resolution of customer problems or concerns. Ensure renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio.
