This position involves managing anestablished book of commercial lines insurance accounts, providingexceptional customer service, and cultivating relationships withclients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. Manage a portfolio of commercial linesinsurance accounts, ensuring all client needs are met promptly andefficiently. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships withexisting clients to understand their needs and provide tailoredsolutions. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsellingand cross-selling opportunities. 4. Provide exceptional customerservice, resolving any issues or concerns that arise and ensuringclient satisfaction. 5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends andchanges in insurance policies to provide accurate and relevantadvice to clients. 6. Coordinate with various departments tostreamline processes and improve client experience. 7. Conductregular account reviews to ensure clients are receiving the bestvalue and service. 8. Assist in the negotiation of contract termsand conditions with clients and insurers. 9. Participate in salesmeetings, training sessions, and industry events. Qualifications 1.2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance and accountmanagement. 2. An understanding of insurance products and industrytrends. 3. Exceptional customer service skills, with a provenability to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with theability to effectively present information and respond to questionsfrom clients and team members. 5. Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisionsand provide valuable advice to clients. 6. Proficiency in usingcustomer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevantcomputer applications. 7.
